2015-16 Teacher In-Service
shareSummer has come to an end for the teachers at FCS. Today marked the first day of in-service as the faculty and staff prepares for the new school year. The teachers began the morning with a devotional from Pastor Bob Vradenburgh, president of Friendship Christian School. Using John 21:15, Pastor Vradenburgh encouraged the teachers with the scriptural thought of “Feed My Lambs.” He challenged the teachers to not only feed the students’ minds with truth, but to also feed their hearts with love. This was a wonderful way to begin the new school year as we seek to “provide an excellent educational experience from a biblical worldview.”
Please pray for the faculty and staff as we continue to prepare for the start of the new school year on Thursday, August 20.
