APPLICATION FEE: $75.00 per new student (Non-refundable)
This fee is due before a formal interview will be scheduled. It must be turned in with the application. The fee is used for testing purposes, filing needs, and gathering of student records.
REGISTRATION FEE: $285.00 per student for K3 - Grade 12 (Non-refundable)
The registration is due upon acceptance in order to hold a student's classroom spot. It is non-refundable. The registration provides for the staff, supplies, and equipment to maintain the school office that manages parent/student affairs, cumulative folders, and accounting records. This fee also includes AACS, NCCSA, and NHS memberships for Friendship Christian Schools.
STUDENT RESOURCE FEE: $525 per student
The Student Resource Fee covers the cost of books, student insurance, student association dues, certain student supplies, and classroom teaching supplements. This Fee also provides for vehicle fuel costs for field trips, computer/software upgrades and replacements, and technology improvements. All FCS families will have free entry into home athletic events and will receive the yearbook without additional cost. The Student Resource Fee will be incorporated with the first five monthly tuition payments or may be paid in full at the beginning of the year .
TUITION:
Tuition can be paid in either 10 monthly installments, beginning in August, or 12 monthly installments beginning in June. There is a 1% discount for prepayment of the entire year's tuition. For those who choose to make monthly payments, those payments will be made to FACTS, a contractor to Friendship Christian School for collecting and processing tuition and fees. All families are expected to be enrolled with FACTS for tuition payment.

The calculation of payments for tuition and fees is made by adding the student resource fee per student and the tuition rate per student. For example, the annual tuition and fee rate for a 5 th grade student who is the oldest child enrolled by the family is $4,699 + $525 (over the first five months). The 12 month tuition and fee is $496.58 for the first five months and then $391.58 for the remaining seven months. If payments begin in August, the 10 month tuition and fee is $574.90 for the first five months and then $469.90 for the remaining five months.
LATE FEES AND RETURNED CHECKS:
A late fee of $20 is added to the student account after the 5 th of the month. A returned check results in a $30 returned check fee to cover bank charges.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE: $155 per month
Aftercare from 2:30/2:45-6:00 PM is available. Academic study hall from 3:00-6:00 PM is available. There is a drop-in rate of $3.50 per hour or $45 per week. An additional charge of $1.00 per minute is imposed after 6:00 PM.
