The FCS Walk Event is a school wide fundraiser that is held in October.  Each family completes mailers to friends and family members asking them to sponsor the students as they walk at the Walk Event.  This is always a fun and exciting day for Friendship Christian School! 

Over the last four years, we have installed A/C in the gym, bleachers, music stands, music equipment, new computer lab, elementary playground, preschool playground, fencing and landscaping, door security locking system, TV/DVD units in each classroom, interactive whiteboards, new library, middle school science lab, and high school science lab. This year we are choosing some more exciting projects for the school. FCS does not charge a capital or technology fee. This event raises money that facilitates FCS to upgrade a lot of the classrooms, athletic programs and fine art programs to allow us to continue to bring a well-rounded, quality education.

You may think that you pay tuition so why fundraise for other items? Our goal is to keep our tuition and fees affordable to families. We also believe that we are to be good stewards of what God has given to us.  We believe the Lord has allowed us to provide a great, accredited, Christian education. We also want to continue to provide for the needs of our students. In order to do that, we fundraise to complete projects that benefit the children directly.
