Celebrating Talent: FCS Shines Bright in JH/SH Fine Arts Competition
After months of rehearsals and preparation, Friendship Christian School students excelled in the junior/senior high school NCCSA Fine Arts Competition last week.
More than 100 of our secondary students represented FCS in 96 categories, with numerous individuals and groups earning high ranks and ribbons in band, choir, vocal and instrumental performances, art, academics, spelling, and more.
“We are thrilled and grateful to our students, parents, sponsors, and most of all, our GREAT GOD!” shared Choir Director Brent Brondyke, noting numerous complimentary remarks from judges and attendees alike.
The high school choir earned first place, while the high school band earned second. The middle school choir and band each earned 2nd place ribbons. See below for Friendship’s group and individual results (or download a printable pdf). View the full 2025 NCCSA Fine Arts results here.
Students enjoyed cheering on their classmates during performances and at Friday’s awards ceremony. Congratulations to the directors, accompanists, teachers, and students for your hard work and using your talents for God’s glory!
