High School (9th-12th)

A path to success in a deeply rooted Christian community

FCS high school students dive deep into biblical truth and application, core subjects that challenge them academically, and electives that stretch and celebrate their God-given gifts. High schoolers build vital critical thinking and communication skills, as teachers continually invest to help students flourish. Our graduates leave equipped for their next step with a solid biblical foundation and a service-oriented mindset.

Because FCS incorporates God's Word into all areas, I was grounded enough in my beliefs to learn and grow at a secular university without compromising or uprooting my faith.

Proven Academic Results

Friendship helps every student discover and cultivate their gifts inside and outside the classroom. Caring, qualified teachers inspire and encourage our high schoolers to reach their potential for God’s glory. Rigorous honors courses and dual credit classes (with transferrable college credit) are available for high schoolers on the college prep degree track.

The Academic Success Center provides assistance for qualified students who need extra math help, testing accommodations, tutorial study halls, and more. As a Christian school committed to God’s Word, students gain a biblical worldview along with excellent instruction by passionate educators.

FCS alumni have gone on to successful careers as teachers, ministers, nurses, physician's assistants, engineers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, military personnel, and more.

Training Tomorrow’s Leaders

Following Jesus’s example of servant leadership, our high schoolers learn the value of humbly loving and serving others. The Student Leadership team helps lead a monthly elementary chapel, morning announcements with prayer and devotionals, and a semester project.

Each year, our high school students collectively volunteer more than 1,000 hours with local organizations, churches, and more. They also participate in an annual service day, helping in organizations like local food banks and the Special Olympics. Love for others reflects our love for Christ.

Faith and Community

Socially, 9th-12 graders can participate in robust extracurricular opportunities, cementing friendships, discipline, teamwork, and memories for life. Varsity sports, fine arts, and off-site field trips are just some of the ways students can get involved.

The high school House System promotes community across grade levels with monthly competitions and gatherings to study God’s Word in small group settings. Weekly chapels and a spiritual component in each subject challenge students to grow in grace as they apply biblical knowledge to their daily walk.

At FCS, high school students develop character and leadership in a rigorous academic environment to become tomorrow’s problem solvers and Christ-centered servant leaders.
