Lower School (TK4-5th)
Faith-filled fundamentals and curiosity start here
Our transitional kindergarten (TK4) and elementary classrooms are hubs of creativity, exploration, and interaction. A foundation of faith and Bible knowledge is woven into each academic subject in a caring, compassionate environment.

The environment at FCS is enriching and encourages an excitement for learning. I see my children thriving at FCS and am so thankful.

Engaging Academics
Students learn through hands-on discovery, a strong foundation in core subjects, and enrichment classes like art, music, PE, and Spanish. You’ll often hear singing from the classrooms or catch our elementary students outside doing experiments or creative learning, like "adjective scavenger hunts" around campus.
Spiritual Emphasis
Teachers start the day with prayer and invest in genuine discipleship moments as they integrate biblical truth with academics. Weekly chapels help our youngest Falcons further understand and apply Bible stories and principles to everyday life.
Friendships and Character
Socially, our lower school students learn cooperation via group projects, fine arts, and building Christlike character in the classroom and beyond. They learn healthy and gracious competition in activities like the school-wide spelling bee, field days, and fine arts competitions (3rd-5th grades). Students are recognized for good citizenship and given leadership roles in upper elementary.
Partnering with Families
Our students enjoy off-site field trips each fall and spring semester. Elementary teachers keep parents in the loop with weekly newsletters and via lesson plans in the FACTS portal. Parents can engage through volunteer opportunities like class field trips and parties, plus Parents of Friendship prayer meetings and special teacher appreciation events.
At FCS, elementary students’ curiosity and creativity are fueled through hands-on learning in a nurturing environment. Our goal is to help lower school students grow in their love of Jesus and learning every year.
