Athlete Registration & Sports Physicals
Become a Falcon Athlete
Prior to team tryouts, athletes must be registered and have an updated sports physical on file at FCS. Please register your student athlete on the FCS Arbiter platform.
Note: This is a new platform for the 2025-2026 school year, so all families must register their student athletes (including returning).

Student Athlete Registration
Sports Physicals
Each athlete must have an up-to-date Sports Physical before participating. The physical is valid for 13 months.
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Athletics office before the student is authorized to participate in tryouts or practice. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to FCS no later than three school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
