5th Grade Ancient Roman Architects

Do you have what it takes to design and build an ancient Roman city? This was the challenge Mr. Potter gave to the fifth grade class at Friendship Christian School. Using the computer game MineCraft, the students built aqueducts, coliseums, theaters, and houses to establish a village in the Roman Empire. They also had an opportunity to learn about ancient history and Roman architecture during the construction process. The class learned that even in the 21st century, all roads can still lead to Rome.
